Delivery
We endeavour to have all items available for immediate despatch (please see note about clearance of cheques), however there may be times when this isn't possible and please allow 5 working days for delivery within the UK and 10 working days for international deliveries.
All orders are sent in protective air cushioned bags or boxes.
Postage costs
All UK deliveries will be charged £1 per order irrespective of the number of models. If order value exceeds £30 delivery is FREE.
Deliveries to Europe will be charged £2 per order irrespective of the number of models. If order value exceeds £50 delivery is FREE.
Deliveries to the rest of the world will be charged at £3 per order irrespective of number of models. If order value exceeds £50 then delivery is FREE>
UK deliveries will normally use Royal Mail.
International deiveries will be Airmail
Returns
Any faulty or unwanted goods can be returned, carriage paid, for a full refund (not including carriage charge) provided this is within 30 days of the invoice date.
Missing parts
If you receive a kit with missing or broken parts then please let us know. We will normally replace these by return with no charge.
Prices
The prices shown in this shop are in pounds sterling. They are the same prices as those listed in our price lists and as those shown on our own web site.
Privacy
We never disclose customers details to any third party. We will save order details which will include a name and address. We have no access to payment details.
Payment
We try to make payment as easy as possible.
You can pay using:
PAYPAL - we make no extra charge
postal orders
cheques - drawn on a UK bank (please allow 7 days for clearance). Please make cheques payable to P & D Marsh.
we don't encourage you to send cash. If you do it is entirely at your own risk and proof of posting is unfortunately not proof of receipt.
