Please contact us with any issues regarding delivery problems, Damaged items or warranty returns.
You may cancel your order any time within 7 working days, starting on the day after you receive the goods.
We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, normally within 5 days of the item being returned .
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and they will be returned at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
As per EU Legislations, all items (especially boots, waders and clothing) returned to us must be cleaned prior to return. Dirty/Soiled items will not be processed and will be sent back to sender.
Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return, so that our returns department can identify your problem and rectify it in the best way possible.
If these documents are not included, this may result in a delay.
