In the event the part proves faulty upon installation or inspection we will refund the purhase price of the item or replace providing that:
1. The Purchaser immeadiately upon discovering any defect in the part returns it to the seller together with proof of purchase.
2. The part has not been abused in any way or damaged by neglect,accident or improper fitting.
3. The part has not been modified or adapted in any way.
4. The part of the vehicle to which it has been fitted has been maintained in accordance with the manufacturers published recommendations.
5. The replacement or failure is not due to fair wear & tear.
Nothing in this warrent shall make Past-Parts liable for towing, recovery or re-delivery charges or shall render Past-parts liable for any consequential loss upon failure of the part.
