 Power Kites 3.0m to 4.5m
It is difficult to provide simple guidance about kite sizing as there are many factors that effect it, such as flyer experience, wind speed, type of activity, type of kite and flyer weight. Please see our index page on sizing for full details.
In general a kite of 3 to 4.5m is the size you will probably use most often.
- A 3m kite is the ideal first kite for an average person for most winds. If you’re at the heavier end of the scale consider 4m
- It is a great size of kite for buggying in most average wind conditions.
- Makes a good boarding kite for the highest of winds
