| A:On eBay Pansh ONLY ship to the European Union. The express delivery fee from China is the same no matter which country of the EU you come from.
Pansh ensure that you will not pay any Customs duty or Import fees. The total amount to be paid will be the one displayed on the website. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:It usually takes four to six working days for European clients.
You should receive an email confirming online tracking number within a day or two of placing your order. The information shows on the internet when the package arrives at Qingdao city from Pansh. Usually it appears in 48 hours. |
| Q:Can you offer a discout for 2/3/4/5 kites, second purchase ..etc, etc?? |

| A:Sorry, No. Pansh kites are already sold at very tight margins and hence discounts can only be applied to quantities greater than 20 kites in one shipment. |
| Q:Can you offer a combined postage on more than one kite ordered at the same time? |

| A:Sorry no. Express courier delivery from China is based on weight, and hence we cannot offer any postage discount. |
| Q:The kite in the package was damaged during the shipping process, what should I do? How do you solve this problem? |

| A:According to experience, the package may be cut by knife when it was checked at Customs.
When the package arrives, please check the package carefully to ensure it is un-damaged. If is is good, then you can sign for the package. If damaged, DO NOT SIGN for the delivery, we will resend a same package to you immediately. |
| Q:Why are you asking for my Phone number? |

| A:This is REALLY IMPORTANT. The courier will not accept the package without a delivery contact. Packages are sent by express courier and need to be signed for on delivery, hence the need for a phone number if no one is there on the first delivery attempt. |

| A:If you are dissatisfied with our products when they are delivered, or disappointed with our services, we can accept your request for a return and refund of your purchase within 14 days from the delivery.

| Q:I'm cnsidering buying my first four line power kite, what do you reccomend? |

| A:Usual advice is a stable 3m kite designed for traction, rather than lift. Hence we recommend the Legend 3m, or the Blaze 3m if you want a bit more lift.
3m is probably the most used size of fixed bridle kite, and this size of kite will stay with you as a higher wind kite for a long time. You can then add a 5m and a 2m for low/high winds. |
