Our Deliveries

Please check your kite carefully upon delivery BEFORE you sign the delivery sheet: if there is any damage to the kite REFUSE TO SIGN. We will then be able to send a replacement.
We would stress that the vast majority of kites arrive in good condition ready for you to fly and enjoy but inevitably a small number are damaged during the shipping process. PANSH cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods after customers have signed for them.
Remember - after you check and sign the package, it means the package and all contents are good and complete; we will not be liable for the package or content’s damage during the shipping process once you have signed.
