Our Return
Policy:
Items must be accompanied with a note briefly explaining the reason for return
in the same packaging & condition as when delivered, within 30 days of purchase
date.
All returns must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information to
ensure their arrival.
For Ebay purchases, PayPal email address, eBay User ID and item number is
required.
A
sum of 10 - 15% handling and restocking fee will be incurred on any merchandise
that has been supplied correctly.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees associated with returning
the "Correctly Supplied" merchandise.
Average handling time for refund claims is 1-2 business days; delays may occur
during peak holiday seasons.
Returned lamps will be tested upon arrival in our store and if the lamp is not
defective,
there will be a handling charge of £10 for time spent on testing the lamp and
posting it back.
Any lamp found to be defective will be replaced immediately with a new one
within our stated warranty period.
Replacements will not be sent prior to the receipt and testing of the claimed
lamp.
Please
note: Although every effort is made to ensure a next day UK
delivery, delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
Also, we occasionally have promotional offers at lower prices, but
this does not constitute a price guarantee and prices are subject to change
without prior notice.
