PADCaz Collectables

All items are securely packaged prior to shipping. We ship most things in bubble wrap envelopes but we will always match the packaging to the item. We want to make sure the item reaches you in the same condition in which it was shipped.

We have had comments from satisfied customers that items were so well wrapped that they played pass the parcel with them!!

All items are posted at a main Post Office where the parcels are taken from us at the counter and have the stamps or labels applied by the counter staff. We obtain proof of posting for items. If an item does go missing we will try and help any way we can. However we will not be held responsible for any items lost by the Post Office.

We ship all items Royal Mail 2^nd class as standard with the option of recorded delivery. For items over a certain value Special Delivery will be quoted. Larger items will be shipped via Parcelforce or other carriers. We try to keep shipping costs fair and low.

We are happy to discuss alternate methods of shipping if required.

We ship all items Royal Mail Airmail, although for heavier items we will also quote Surface mail leaving the choice to the buyer. For items over 2kg International parcels will be quoted. Items over a certain value will also have signed for option available.

 Heavy / Large Items

For heavy or large items both for UK and overseas we us Parcel2go to give us the most cost effective shipping quote.

We are strong believers in providing quality customer service and try to make all transactions simple, quick and efficient. However if a problem is encountered we would like to know about it and be given the chance to rectify it.

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in our listing but sometimes mistakes occur.

We can’t fix what we don’t know about.

Returns

If it is deemed necessary that an item needs to be returned, the return should be agreed with PADCaz prior to shipping. All return shipping is at buyers cost although may be refunded depending on the reason of the return.

Refunds can only be given if the item is received in the same condition in which it was shipped, and only after the reason for the return has been investigated.

If a bidder fails to communicate or pay within 7 days we will instigate the ebay Non Paying Bidder process against them.

Due to the large percentage of bidders who fail to leave feedback, we now leave feedback in return to feedback left for us.
