Insurance
Unless otherwise stated on your invoice (which we will send ASAP after the end of the auction) insurance on all overseas (outside the UK) items is optional at an additional £3.50, this is for 'International Signed For' Airmail post and includes an online tracking number.

Due to bank charges we CANNOT accept Int. Money Orders.

PLEASE NOTE

All of our auctions end at the same time, should you be interested in more than one item, and bid at the last minute, please bear this in mind.

Descriptions
We describe all items as fully as possible, if there are any faults or damage we will do our best to include details in the item description but please remember that you are bidding on antique or used items (unless they are new, which will be stated in the description). If you would like any further or more detailed pictures, please ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) including the email address to send them to.

Electrical Items
We recommend that all electrical items are checked by an electrician before use.
All electrical items are sold for spares or repairs, although we test them to a limited extent whenever possible, and will describe any faults we do find, it is always possible that there is some fault that we may not discover.

Payment and Shipping
Once payment has been received, we will email you to let you know that we have received it, and once cleared (in the case of cheques etc) we will pack and dispatch your item(s) as soon as possible, and will also email you to let you know it's on the way so you when to expect it.

Payment currency
All the prices are in UK Sterling (£ GBP) NOT $ US Dollars.

Collection
If collecting, we will need payment when collecting (not by cheque please as we will need to clear cheques first) or cleared payment to have been made beforehand.
Any items that you wish to collect must be paid for and collected within 7 days of the end of the auction, otherwise a storage charge will be added to the total.

Combining multiple items
If you wish to bid on multiple items, we are more than happy to combine the shipping (where possible) which will usually be cheaper than the totals listed and if overseas contact us before paying, we can usually send multiple items at a more economical rate as volumetric or actual weights can make a difference to the cost.

Shipping Costs and Methods
The shipping costs reflect our handling and packing costs, our packing materials and staff are not free of charge. These fees are not negotiable.

UK shipping and handling fees are included (where applicable) in the listing and item description. If the fees for outside the UK are not listed, please contact us for a quote.

All small items are posted in the UK by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, and standard Airmail to the rest of the world. Larger items are shipped by Parcel post or courier delivery as appropriate.
