General Interest

The "Mascot" and "Lewis Leathers"  leather jackets are the absolute classics of British Jackets. These jackets originate from England from the 60's and 70's and are not only made to last but retain the classic look even today. They are made of very high quality leather, generally have the traditional red lining and from their look, they get better the older they get. They have been the chosen jackets of Punks,Greasers, Rockers and Bikers for many years. As they are nowadays also collectors items they are generally more expensive than other jackets and sometimes sell for up to or over £350 / $500.

Die "Mascot" und "Lewis Leathers" Jacken sind die absoluten Klassiker unter den Britischen Lederjacken. Sie stammen aus den 60er und 70er Jahren, wurden sehr robust hergestellt und sehen auch heute klassisch gut aus. Die meisten davon haben das traditionelle rote Innenfütter und sind aus qualitativ sehr hohem Leder hergestellt. Sie waren und sind die bevorzugten Jacken der Britischen Rock, Rocker, Greaser, Punk und Biker Szene seit den 60er Jahren. Sie sind heutzutage auch Sammlerobjekte geworden und werden zum Teil bis ca EUR 450 gehandelt.
