| Combined Shipping - U.S. and Canada |
If you purchase more than one Buy It Now item, you pay the shipping charge for the heaviest item, and the other
items ship for free.
Example 1: You buy four single postcards with a shipping charge of $1.50 each. The combined
shipping is $1.50.
Example 2: You buy a set of 8 postcards with a shipping charge of $2.50, plus three single postcards
with a shipping charge of $1.50 each. The combined shipping is $2.50.
For heavy Auction items such as large lots, the shipping charge is the actual shipping cost,
based on the total weight of the shipment.
To get combined shipping, please wait for the email we will send you. If you pay separately for each item, the
shipping cost cannot be combined afterward.
| | Combined Shipping - Other Countries |
In most cases, we charge the shipping cost of the heaviest item, plus 10¢ for each additional item. If the total weight
is over 250 grams, the shipping charge is the actual shipping cost, based on this weight.
If you have any questions about the shipping cost, please email us, and we will tell you the
cost for both airmail and surface mail.
To get combined shipping, please wait for the email we will send you. If you pay separately for each item, the
shipping cost cannot be combined afterward.

| Quantity Discounts |
There is a 10% discount for a purchase of Buy It Now items totaling over $50.00, and a 20% discount for a purchase
of Buy It Now items totaling over $100.00. There are no discounts on auction items.
| | Payment for Multiple Items |
To get the correct shipping charge and any applicable discount, please wait for the email we will send you. (If you
use eBay’s checkout system, it may say the combined shipping is $30.00 when it is really $1.50!)
If you pay separately for each item, there is no combined shipping and no discount.
| | Currency |
All amounts are in U.S. dollars, in our eBay store and in our eBay auctions. If you are in Canada, we will tell you the
total in both U.S. dollars and Canadian dollars, and you may pay in either currency. If you are in any other country, your payment should be in U.S. dollars unless we agree to a different currency. (PayPal payments are automatically
converted into U.S. dollars, so this is not an issue.)

We accept these forms of payment:
- PayPal. (If you send a PayPal electronic check, it will usually take 3-4 business days to clear.)
- Personal check in U.S. dollars. (Checks may be held for 7 to 10 days to clear.)
- Post Office money order (the green domestic kind is fine) in U.S. dollars
- Any other money order or bank check in U.S. dollars
If you mail your payment, please include the item title or item number with it. Also, be sure to
put two stamps on the envelope (or one 63¢ stamp).
There are no taxes or other fees on items sent to the U.S. There is no sales tax, there is no customs duty on
postcards, and there are no brokerage fees on shipments sent by the Post Office.

We accept these forms of payment:
- PayPal. (If you send a PayPal electronic check, it will usually take 3-4 business days to clear.)
- Post Office money order in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate. (Our email will tell you the total in
Canadian dollars).
- Personal cheque or bank money order in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate. (Our email will tell you
the total in Canadian dollars).
If you mail your payment, please include the item title or item number with it.
On Buy It Now items, we pay the GST and any PST or HST.
On auction items over $50.00, we charge 5% GST in AB-BC-MN-NT-NU-ON-PE-SK-YT, 12.875% GST/PST in
Quebec, and 13% HST in NB-NS-NL.

For other countries, we only accept PayPal. (If you send a PayPal electronic check, it will usually take 3-4 business
days to clear.)
The governments of some countries charge tax and/or customs duty on incoming
shipments. We have no control over these charges, and we are not responsible for them.

| Delivery Time |
All items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
The mail between Canada and the U.S. is reliable, but it is often slow. It usually takes
one to two weeks, and on rare occasions (especially in December) it takes 3 to 3½ weeks.
| | Tracking and Insurance |
All shipments to the U.S. and Canada that weigh over 1 pound (450 grams) are sent by insured mail, with a tracking
number, at no extra charge.
For smaller shipments and international shipments, the Canadian post office charges $7 to
$10 for insurance and tracking, in addition to the regular postage cost. (There is no cheaper way to do it,
unfortunately.) If you require insurance or tracking, please contact us for the cost.
Registered mail is available for $12.50. (This is the actual amount charged by the Canadian post office.) It is available
only for mail weighing up to 500 grams (1 pound 1.6 ounces).
| | Other Shipping Information |
We ship to any country, worldwide.
Some countries have a high rate of shipments being lost or stolen while in the mail. For Italy,
Malta, Brazil, and some other countries, we strongly recommend using registered mail.
We do not offer the option of local pickup.
| | Packaging |
Orders of 1 to 6 postcards are shipped in a postcard sleeve, in an envelope with a strong piece of cardboard for
protection. It is very rare for these shipments to be damaged in the mail (less than one time in 1000).
Orders of 7 to 100 postcards are shipped in a strong cardboard mailer.
Larger orders are shipped in a cardboard box, with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts for
protection.
We have a very high customer satisfaction rate for our packaging.

| Return Policy |
Satisfaction guaranteed. If an item is not as described, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or
replacement. Please email to notify us you will be returning it, and pack the item securely so it is not bent or
damaged in the mail.
| | Feedback and Confirmation |
Positive feedback is left on the day your payment is received (or the day it clears, if it is held to clear).
If you also want an email confirmation when your payment has been received, please ask
us for this.
| | Reproductions |
Many of our postcards are reproductions of old photographs, old posters, old paintings, or old postcards. In many
cases the originals are rare and expensive, and our philosophy is that these interesting, important, and often
beautiful images should be accessible to the average person at an inexpensive price. (How else could you buy the
Mona Lisa for $1.95?)
If a postcard is a reproduction, the description will clearly state the original date of the
image and also the date the postcard was published.
| | Quality |
Unless stated otherwise, the postcards we sell are published by commercial postcard publishers, and the printing,
card stock, coating, and backs are typical of standard-quality, commercially-published postcards. We do not sell
home-made postcards.
If a postcard is not standard-quality or standard-type, the description will clearly state
how it is different.
| | Buying at Wholesale |
Many of our postcards are available at lower prices for a quantity of 10 or more of the same postcard. Just use the
"Contact Us" link to email us, and we will reply with the quantity price (if available), and then we will list it as a “Buy It
Now" lot on eBay.
