  • Postage & Handling include INSURANCE FEE.

  • This postage fee is for Zone 1 in UK mainland only. We would not send this item to counties other than above indicated countries.

  • For customers in Zone 2 and Zone 3,  you can pay the item fee plus postage fee for your location directly in our check out system. After we get your payment, we will modify invoice for you. Insufficient payment will make your order delay or cancel.

  • Collection: We charge £5 handling fee. You need go through our checkout system firstly. During this check out , you must leave message how to pay this item for collection. We just accept Postal Order , Banker's Draft or Cash for collection. In the check out system, you would be given detail collection address. After you finish this check out process, we will send this order to our warehouse and you can go to collect. If you do not go through our checkout system, our warehouse would not allow you to collect and your order would be delayed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation from Outdoorline (Healthline) upon shipment. 

  • We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.

  • All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.

  • Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.  Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the carrier.

  • If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

  • Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

  • We can not held responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
