| Q:How can I return my item for an exchange or refund? |

| A:Each order we dispatch has an invoice included in the package. Half way down the invoice are the returns instructions. They advise you to visit www.outdoorleisuredirect.co.uk/returns and complete the form. Please note this is the only way to exchange/refund. |
| Q:What is your Return Policy? |

| A:We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you decide that you don't want the item you have purchased with this period simply return it to us in its origional state (unopened) and we will refund the purchase price. Please note we cannot refund delivery costs. |
| Q:Do you Combine Shipping? |

| A:Yes! Simply click on the buy it now button for each item (But don't pay individually). Once you have finished let us know by sending us a message and we'll combine delivery. You can then pay! |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders made before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day and should be with you by the next Working Day! |

| A:Yes we do! The postage charges are slightly more expensive so contact us before you buy and we will let you know how much it will cost! |

| A:Yes, Intex and Bestway both provide warranties on all of their products. When you purchase a product from us you will recieve a freephone helpline number just in case you get any problems! |
