Payments

  • Payment can be made by Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card.
  • Goods are not send until we receive cleared payment.
  • Cheque payments must be in GBP and made payable to 'Outbound First Aid Ltd.'
  • Postal Orders must be in GBP.
  • We can take credit or debit card payments by phone.

Note: Paypal Echeques can take 10 days to clear. If you choose to pay by this method your goods will not be dispatched until the Echeque has cleared. You can avoid this inconvenience by transfering funds into your Paypal account prior to paying for your goods.

Note: Please pay within 7 days of committing to buy. We will send out payment reminders to your registered Ebay email address. Failure to respond within the 7 day period leaves us no option but to open an unpaid item dispute in order to recover our fees.

Collections in Person

We do not allow for collections in person.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your goods within two working days of receiving cleared payment. Working days are Monday to Friday. All packages are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise specifically stated in the item listing. We obtain as a minimum a Certificates of Posting for all packages sent.

We do not charge extra if you live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or require delivery to a BFPO.

Lost Packages

We understand that in rare circumstances your goods may be lost in transit. We can not consider packages lost until 15 days after they have been sent. If you have not received your package after 15 days of dispatch notification please contact us. We will help in any way we can to resolve non-deliveries up to replacement and refund if required.

Returns Policy

  1. Please contact us first prior to returning any goods.
  2. We offer a full refund including any P&P charges on all items sold that are not of a satisfactory quality, not as described in the listing, not fit for purpose or are damaged in transit. This includes any return P&P costs. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
  3. You can return any unused and undamaged goods with all sales packaging intact for any reason if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will be liable for the return costs. We will refund you the purchase price less any P&P charges.
  4. This policy does not affect any manufacturers guarantee or warranty or your legal rights.
