Please ensure you call our office and make an (informal) appointment before turning up at the showroom. We have embraced technology meaning that we are not always tied to the office, and we would hate you to have a wasted journey should we all be working from home that day.

warehouse collections:

If you want to collect your purchases you can do so from our Milton Keynes warehouse. You can arrange this before or after purchasing. Please speak to our customer service advisors to arrange.

Please note that in order to avoid fraudulent activities we request identifying documentation to be emailed to the office before giving out our warehouse address. You will also be required to produce photo I.D upon arrival at the warehouse.

Please also note that collections take 2-3 working days to be arranged with the warehouse, so you will not be able to collect immediately after purchase.
