Michelles Glitter Box is a small family operated shop that specialises in custom personalised stickers and HTV vinyl decals.

We have never lost our sense of priority in providing affordable stickers, we aim to always provide value and service over all else over the years have provided a constant stable service to many small businesses and events and look forward to many more years of the same.

Orderd 5 robes arrived within few days well packed with Royal mail.even though i never removed from packet they looked beautiful but my fault i never noticed was for bridesmaids.Had the word bridesmaid in beautiful gold sparkle on the back of each.on the royal blue it looked amazing but i thought they were plain i need for girls birthday weekend.Got in touch with seller who imediatley offerd refund so i posted back today.Im gutted thats what happens when you dont put on your reading glasses.

I ordered a rose gold sticker, I got sent silver and when I contacted the seller with photo evidence that I had received the wrong colour they firstly argued that my product was rose gold (it clearly is not whatsoever) and if I wanted a refund I had to chop up the product I had received and send evidence before I could re-order or get my money back. Very rude and Awful customer service and would not recommend.

Buyer: Hi, I ordered rose gold but have received silver. I have attached a photo, thanks. Me: Hi this is not silver its rose gold chrome this is what you have ordered. Buyer: It is silver, not in the slightest rose gold at all. Me :Hi if your not happy with this please send a picture of it cut up to void usage and I will refund you -No further contact from buyer- Not quite sure how I was being rude or awful, over exaggerating a bit here, offered you options but you didn't accept any.
