WARRANTY: The warranty period is strictly 1 Year or 10,000 miles, whichever is sooner from the date of order dispatch, regardless of any warranty replacements.

If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will either issue a replacement or refund including original postage. We are not responsible for supplying an alternative part whilst the suspect part is being inspected/returned/refunded/exchanged/repaired. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

LIABILITY: We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.

RETURN: You have 7 working days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resaleable brand new condition.  We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional.

We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling).

PURCHASES FROM OUTSIDE OF EU: Please be aware that any custom chrages for purchases are payable by buyers. We have to declare the actual value for customs so please don`t ask to declare goods as gift or low value.
