UK POSTAGE INFO: The postage options for UK items depending on the weight of the item are 1st class, 1st class recorded, UPS Next Day
Majority of 1st class and recorded 1st class items are delivered next day but as Royalmail don`t gurantee next day delivery with these services and we can`t gurantee it either. In case of a delay Royalmail consider items lost after 15 working days from the date of dispatch and we have nothing we can do do about the situation apart from checking recorded items on royalmail website with the tracking number they provide. We can only file a lost item claim after the 15 working day is up and it can take 3-4 weeks for Royalmail to get back to us. As ridiculous as it sounds but this is the way Royalmail deal with delay issues.
UPS Next Day Items are delivered on the next day between 9am-5pm and this service is fully online trackable

International Signed For option depending on the country can take anything between 3 to 21 working days. There is limited tracking facility for this service.
