Majority of parcels will be delivered in time ( within 7 working days), but occasionally there are some delay for some reason, which is postal service's responsibility and beyond our control. UK customers: Please check that the postal service has not left you any cards or notes stating that they tried deliver your parcel while you were out. If you do find one of these cards please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left please contact your local mail sorting office to see if they have any information on your package. For Oversea customers: please contact your local postal services.
According Royal Mail's policy , the items can not be considered lost until 15 working days (40 working days for the rest of the world) after the due date, So Please do not contact us any sooner than 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world as there is nothing we can do to help until this deadline is reached.
Due to the rate of missing parcels to Italy and Spain, all orders to Italian or Spanish address will be charged £5.30 extra for postage and sent via International Signed For which is securer, quicker and online traceable.
