Payment

Paying for an order
If you would like to pay by card or PayPal, please select PayPal as your payment option. We only accept card payments through PayPal as it is safer for both parties. You do not need an account to do this. If you’d like to pay by bank transfer or postal order, please contact us for the relevant details.

Do you offer combined shipping?
If you would like to purchase more than one item from our store we can offer you combined shipping, which means your shipping charges will be less and all your items will arrive together.
Once you have completed ordering all the items you would like, please contact us notifying us that you would like us to combine your shipping. Please DO NOT pay for your order as we cannot change anything after payment has been made, and we will have to send out your items separately. We will send you an amended invoice which will take you to the new checkout with the correct amount where you can pay.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal, bank transfers and postal orders. We also accept the majority of debit and credit cards, through PayPal. Please contact us for the details if you would like to do a bank transfer or postal order.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.

Can I amend/ cancel an order?
Our customer service team answer messages from 9:00am to 12:00pm GMT. If your order has not already been despatched, you can message us to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to get through every message but we cannot guarantee your request will be received in time. We accept no responsibility for orders that are unchanged if the request has not been seen, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are ordering the correct item.

How do I know if you have received my cheque/ postal order?
You will receive an email once your payment has cleared. Please remember to check your junk folder.

My payment has cleared twice - I only want one order
Please contact us and we will investigate your order.

My payment has cleared, when will it be posted?
We start to process orders at 12:30pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If your payment clears before then, we will despatch your order the same evening for Royal Mail to pick up first thing in the morning. If your payment clears after that, we are very sorry but we will not be able to despatch your order until the next working day. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via email or eBay message.
