Returns Procedure if you have changed your mind
If you are not satisfied with your product, prior to leaving negative feedback, please contact us so that we can do everything possible to resolve your issue. As you can understand, it is in our best interests to keep you happy.
If after contacting us and you still wish to return your item, the following points must be adhered to:
- Return postage costs will be met by the customer
- The item will be returned unopened and in top condition
- It will be packaged and sealed securely prior to return postage
- It will be in such a condition that we can resell it as new
