OnlineLabels.com was launched in January 1998 and
started with the intention of serving the
fast growing laser and ink jet label market. Since our launch Online
Labels, Inc. has grown into one of largest provider of laser and ink
jet labels on the Internet. |

costs are $5.00 for the initial 250 sheets on your order and $2.00
for each additional 250 sheets. Express

How long will it take for my labels to arrive? |

A. Most orders placed before 4:00 PM
Eastern Standard Time ship same day. Transit time depends on
your location. Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days from
the day the order
is processed. Orders are typically shipped via Fedex,
DHL, or UPS. If you require special shipping arrangements
or need to know an exact arrival date please contact us at 1-888-575-2235 or

How are the labels packaged? |

Labels sheets are packaged in custom
thermoformed clamshells in stacks of 100 sheets or 250 sheets.
1000 sheets to a carton. |

is the quality of the labels? |

Online Labels, Inc. uses one of the highest quality label sheets in the
industry. Our standard white matte label sheet has a 50 lb. bright white face sheet with a
50 lb. liner.
The adhesive is a high quality permanent adhesive with a patented
non-ooze characteristic to assure your laser or ink jet printer won't jam. |

sheets work in photocopier? |

A. All of our products are approved for use
in photocopiers including our clear and gloss label sheets. |

Q. What options
do I have for DVD Glossy labels? |
|
A. We offer two options for
glossy DVD labels. Our white photo-gloss inkjet label sheet is 60 lb.
bright glossy white face sheet with a 50 lb. liner. In comparison to
our standard white matte sheet, our gloss sheet is smudge-proof, has
slightly higher durability, and produces photo quality results. In
laser printers the top coating on the glossy label sheet does not
allow toner fusion. Our white laser gloss label sheet is 60 lb. glossy
white face sheet with a 50 lb. liner. This gloss laser sheet has a
topcoat that gives the sheet a glossy look and slightly higher
durability. The ink from inkjet printers does not dry properly on
these glossy labels. |

Q. What kind of adhesive do you use for
the labels? |

A. The adhesive used in all our
labels like the self adhesive address labels is a high quality
permanent adhesive with a patented non-ooze characteristic to assure
your laser or ink jet printer won't jam. |

What colors do you offer? |

A. Our
labels are available in 4 pastel colors, 5 fluorescent colors, clear
and white. This includes pastel pink, pastel blue, pastel green,
pastel yellow, fluorescent yellow, fluorescent orange, fluorescent
green, fluorescent red, fluorescent pink, and matte clear labels. |

Do I have to order over the Internet? |

A. Yes, we have
pre-configured templates available in several different file
formats including Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and Sure Thing Office
Labeler. To downloads these templates just select the item you have purchased or are interested in purchasing and click
on the link to "Templates and Formatting Instructions". |

payment does OnlineLabels.com accept? |

Discover, Paypal, check over the phone, or check in advance. If you would like to pay by check, just place your
order online and select Check in Advance as the payment method when
completing your order. After your online order is entered, we
will email you information regarding the total on your order and where

What does "white /w removable" mean? |
|
A. "White with removable" is describing the adhesive on the backside of the labels. The
adhesive on the back is removable / repositionable as opposed to
permanent adhesive. |

with your order just send back the unused portion of the order within
