| A:We do not offer any fabrication services, such as drilling, welding, forming, etc.
We only offer cutting services at this time. |
| Q:Can I have my item shipped via USPS Flat Rate Box? |

| A:We offer USPS shipping to HI, AK, PR, and International locations.
We only offer UPS shipping to the lower 48 states. |
| Q:Is there a cutting charge to cut my item to a specific size? |

| A:Cutting Service may be purchased in our Ebay Store. It is $1.00 / 2 cuts
NOTE: You must include the cutting instructions (dimensions) in the "Notes to Seller" section of the eBay checkout to have your item cut. |
| Q:Do you have longer lengths or larger sizes of this item? |

| A:Most of the time we do have longer lengths and larger sizes of the item listed on Ebay, send us a message with your requirements and we will send a quote if we have the length or size in stock. |
| Q:Will you sell a shorter length of this material? |

| A:Our items are listed to provide a wide variety of lengths and sizes to choose from, if all the smaller sizes have sold and it is cost effective for us to cut the material and sell shorter lengths or sizes we will. Please send us a message with your request, we try to accomodate everyones request but occasionally it is cost prohibitive for us. |
| Q:How do I get the item cut to size? |

| A:You must purchase the Cutting Services (found on each item page) and add the dimensions you wish to have the item cut to in the "Notes to Lowcostmetals" section of the checkout. We cannot guarantee that your item will be cut if you email us or try to contact us in any other way. We only offer straight cuts. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:For incorrect items or item that do not meet the specs listed we offer a full refund /replacement at no additional cost to the buyer.
We also offer a no questions ask if returned within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in original condition and doesn't qualify for a refund of inital/return shipping charges. |
| Q:How do I return an item? |

| A:To return an item, you will need to contact us to request a return, please have your order # ready and call 417-967-8290, they will give you instructions for returning your item. |

| A:We do not answer specific item questions such as is this "strong enough" or will "support this much weight" or "will work for specific application?" Due to the liability that might be incurred, we do not offer any suggestions or recommendations for the suitability of a material for any application. We do provide the manufacturers techincal data. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping for multiple items? |

| A:Yes, our checkout automatically combines shipping based on the total weight of your order. |
| Q:How fast will an order ship? |

| A:Typically we ship all orders within 1 business day after the payment has been received. Occasionally it may take up to 2 days for your item to ship. For 2nd Day and Next Day Air Shipments we make every effort to get these out the same day the payment is received. |
