| A:Our standard returns policy is 14 days from date of delivery. Goods will be replaced or refunded in full if returned to us intact in all the original packaging. |

| A:Shipping is calculated on a per item basis. However, there are discounts for shipping multiple quantities. |

| A:Once we have received confirmation that your payment has cleared, we will dispatch your item. Unless otherwise stated, all items are despatched as next day delivery. There are no weekend deliveries. |

| A:Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may be out of stock of a particular item from time to time. If this occurs we will give you the option of waiting for the stock to arrive, or refunding you in full. |
