| Many of the items shown on Ebay are reduced either because they are discontinued or overstocked lines. We are happy to offer exchanges on currently available stock, but the full retail price will be payable if a special order is placed for you. Special orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. If the item was from a discontinued line and we are unable to offer an exchange for a suitable alternative, we are happy to offer a refund subject to our normal terms and conditions as stated on the description. If you do have a query of any sort, we are happy to help but do need you to contact us in order to resolve the issue. All refunds/exchanges must be agreed within 7 days of receipt and the item returned within 14 days of receipt. |
