WEBSITE & STORE PRICES
Making great ranges of shoes available to our customers is a complex business and the online side of our business works in a different way to our stores. For these reasons you may sometimes find that products on our Website are priced differently to those in our stores. Many of the shoes you see on eBay are exclusive to eBay and may not be available in stores.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 working days, in many cases orders are shipped next working day. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery. All items are sent by courier. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. Delivery times/cost from order confirmation:

NB: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Tunisia, Belarus, Croatia, Malaysia, Serbia, Montenagro, Thailand or Africa. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from OFFICE.
Are your delivery charges per item?
We offer combined shipping rates for customers who order more than one item. You only need to pay your standard delivery change on your first item, then you just pay an additonal £1.50 for each item after that in your order. Please note you can order a maximum of 10 pairs per order, per customer in a one month period. All items, within each order, must be paid at the same time to take advantage of this.
How does combined shipping work?
It’s really easy. You can order up to 10 pairs and all you need to pay is your standard delivery charge for your first item and then an additional £1.50 for each item after that (up to 9 additional items). All items, within each order, must be paid at the same time to take advantage of this.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from OFFICE. For European Union and Rest of World, please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. Please note: We do not deliver to International PO Boxes.
Please note: All items must be paid in full when purchasing more than one item from our store before we can dispatch your order.
How long do I have to pay?
All items must be paid within 4 days of winning. To take advantage of our combined order discount all your items must be won and paid for within 4 days of winning your first item.

What is the cut off for Christmas Delivery?
Our Christmas delivery cut off dates are:
UK – Thursday 19th December
Republic of Ireland – Tuesday 17th December
Rest of World – Thursday 12th December
To make sure you get your item in time for Christmas, please choose a delivery address where you know someone will be able to sign for the item. Our couriers will be delivering from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
Please note these dates are a guide and to avoid disappointment please order your item as soon as possible.
How are items delivered?
UK: Your items are sent by Home Delivery Network. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified HDNL will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.
International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver a package, should you be unable to collect the package on any of these attempts your order will be returned to us and we will charge again for a redelivery. Delivery address Office can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder. If you wish to take advantage of this service please add the appropriate details in your eBay and PayPal accounts before checking out. We operate an address verification system (AVS) for your security.
Confirmation of your order:
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided during the checkout process. Stock availability Once you have confirmed and submitted all the details associated with your order we will send you an email confirming we have received the order. The confirmation email is not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel any unavailable items from your order and do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
You will be refunded for any items that we were either unavailable or cancelled before this time. Heel heights Heel heights are an approximate measurement taken from the inside of the heel and are only a guide.
All shoes are sold in UK sizes.
We do not offer a student discount on our web site.

What’s your online Christmas Returns Policy?
Any items purchased, excluding sale, between 10th November 2013 and 24th December 2013 will have up to and including 31st January 2014 to be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. We recommend using a recorded service to return your items. Items can only be processed when returned with their original invoice or a covering letter detailing the order number and reason for return.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the footwear back at our offices.
If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending unworn/unused shoes along with your invoice to the address below within 30 days of the invoice date. We'll refund the delivery charge you originally paid on orders if the full order is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Always ask for a "Proof of Posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend shoes are sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery.

We recommend you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging. We can then simply refund the incorrect item. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund - usually within 7-10 working days.
We will refund you via PayPal. Returns are not accepted in OFFICE stores
Please note you do NOT need to contact us to tell us you are returning your shoes. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about your return.
Unfortunately, as all of our stock is listed on eBay we are currently unable to offer exchanges on returned items. Please send your goods back to us for a refund. If you want to buy a different size, colour, etc, please make a new purchase. Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges on any auction items.
We regret returns can't be accepted in stores or concessions.
If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can sort out the problem immediately.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched we will be able to offer a refund for the product plus the cost of your return postage.
If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We can only reimburse postage / delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing.
Unfortunately but we can’t take back used goods which are unsuitable or do not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
OFFICE try to get our order out as soon as possible, to cancel your order you must email us via eBay Messages. Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company so OFFICE will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case
OFFICE reserves the right to refuse any order if we discover there is a quality control issue with your order.
We do not share any data collected via our website with any 3rd party partners.
OFFICE shoes is guided by strict practices as a retailer and are unable to do business directly with wholesalers, or individuals who we believe may be buying items for this sole purpose. Customers will automatically be blocked if they are found to be purchasing 10 or more items within a 1 month period. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we feel are a breach of our Terms and Conditions..
