*Christmas 2013 Returns*
What’s your online Christmas Returns Policy?
Any items purchased, excluding sale, between 10th November 2013 and 24th December 2013 will have up to and including 31st January 2014 to be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. We recommend using a recorded service to return your items. Items can only be processed when returned with their original invoice or a covering letter detailing the order number and reason for return.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the footwear back at our offices.
Refunds & Returns
OFFICE wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. For eBay online purchases, we will accept unworn items in their original condition for a refund or exchange if received within 30 days of you receiving the item. Please enclose your completed returns form stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 - 10 working days. We can only refund postage costs as per Distant Selling Regulation or of footwear that has been sent damaged or incorrectly.

We recommend you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging. We can then simply refund the incorrect item. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund - usually within 7-10 working days.
We will refund you via PayPal. Returns are not accepted in OFFICE stores.
Please note you do NOT need to contact us to tell us you are returning your shoes. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about your return.
Unfortunately, as all of our stock is listed on eBay we may be unable to offer exchanges on returned items. Please send your goods back to us for a refund and if you want to buy a different size, colour, etc, please make a new purchase. We regret returns can't be accepted in stores or concessions. If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can sort out the problem immediately.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched we will be able to offer a refund for the product plus the cost of your return postage.If you think we've sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We can only reimburse postage / delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we've sent the wrong thing. Unfortunately but we can't take back used goods which are unsuitable or do not fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights.
