We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, in many cases orders are shipped next working day. All items are sent by courier. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.


Standard Delivery UK & NI YODEL - £3.50, 2 – 5 working days.

Parcelforce 24 - UK Only, £5, 1 working day (24 hour next working day service) See below for detailed terms on this service.

International DPD – Delivery costs depend on country, 2 – 10 working days.

Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to the following destinations: Argentina, Montenegro, Jersey, Africa, Ukraine, Malaysia, Croatia, Republic of, Philippines, Channel Islands, Indonesia, Thailand, Russian Federation, Guernsey, Romania, China, Belarus, Serbia, Hong Kong. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.

Orders shipped to certain locations will have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry to the delivery country. This isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax OFFICE will be able to offer further advice on these charges. Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from OFFICE.

When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your shoes are on their way. If you have not received this email after 7 working days of placing an order please message us via eBay messages.


We currently only ship to a registered PayPal address. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date so that we can deliver your item to the correct address.

UK: Your items are sent by Yodel. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, the courier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods. If the courier cannot complete the delivery, they will make 2 further attempts to deliver your package. Should they be unable to deliver the package on any of these attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will charge again for a redelivery. Unfortunately we are unable to offer next day delivery.

International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required. Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver a package, should you be unable to collect the package on any of these attempts your order will be returned to us and we will charge again for a redelivery.

Parcelforce 24 Hour Next Working Day Service: PRICE £5.00. Currently only available on certain lines.


Monday to Thursday - Order before 2pm for Next Working Day Delivery.

Friday - Order before 2pm for delivery on Monday.

Friday to Sunday - Order between 2.01pm Friday and 11.59pm Sunday for delivery on Tuesday.

Delivery times will be between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Collection and deliveries will not occur during UK Bank and Public holidays.

We offer combined shipping rates for customers who order more than one item. You only need to pay your standard delivery change on your first item, then you just pay an additional £1.50 for each item after that in your order. Please note you can order a maximum of 10 pairs per order. All items, within each order, must be paid within 4 days of winning your first item.


We’re really sorry if part of your order is missing. For us to look into this fully, please allow 5 working days. During this time, the dispatching location(s) will be asked to review CCTV footage, where possible, of the item(s) being checked and sent for shipping. The purpose of CCTV is to ensure all orders are being pair checked for quality and sent for shipping as would be expected. We are unable to share CCTV outwith key members of OFFICE. Should CCTV footage show items being checked and shipped as expected, a review with the courier will then take place. During this time, customers may be asked to provide the packaging their part order has been received in. Customers will also be required to complete a declaration confirming parts of their order were missing at the point of delivery.
