What is the cut off for Christmas Delivery?
Our Christmas delivery cut off dates are:
UK – Thursday 19th December
Republic of Ireland – Tuesday 17th December
Rest of World – Thursday 12th December
To make sure you get your item in time for Christmas, please choose a delivery address where you know someone will be able to sign for the item. Our couriers will be delivering from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that these dates are a guide and to avoid disappointment please order you item as soon as possible.
How long does UK and ROI shipping take?
Standard delivery to the UK and ROI takes between 3-7 working days. You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of your order with confirmation and tracking emails.
How long does International shipping take?
Delivery to International locations takes between 7-10 working days. You’ll be kept in the loop on the status of your order with confirmation and tracking emails.
Can I specify a day for delivery?
That’s not a service we currently offer. We are always looking at new delivery option so keep your eyes peeled for updates.
Who will deliver my order?
UK: Your items are sent by Yodel between the hours of 07:00-21:00 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, Yodel will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour, a card will be left giving you the location of your goods.
International: Your items are sent by DPD. On receipt of your products a signature will be required.
OFFICE cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its good to your particular country or location is allowed, so please take note of your own import restriction before placing an order.
Can I specify a courier service?
At this time we are currently only using two couriers. Yodel for all UK shipping and DPD for all International shipping. As this is the case, we are unable to offer an alternative courier at this time.
Can I ship to any address?
We currently only ship to a registered paypal address. Please make sure that your address on your paypal account is up to date so that we can deliever your item to the correct address. Please note we don’t deliver to the Channel Islands, Africa, Russia or Malaysia.
At this time we are unable to delivery any orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses. We’re always looking at ways to improve our service and this will be a service we will be looking to provide in early 2013.

NB: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Malaysia, Russia, Belarus or Africa. Delivery dates may vary during busy periods.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Office.
Are your delivery charges per item?
We offer combined shipping rates for customers who order more than one item. You only need to pay your standard delivery change on your first item, then you just pay an additonal £1.50 for each item after that in your order. Please note you can order a maximum of 10 pairs per order. All items, within each order, must be paid at the same time to take advantage of this.
How does combined shipping work?
It’s really easy. You can order up to 10 pairs and all you need to pay is your standard delivery charge for your first item and then an additional £1.50 for each item after that (up to 9 additional items). All items, within each order, must be paid at the same time to take advantage of this.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal on our eBay store. It’s quick, safe and secure so you can always buy with confidence from OFFICE on eBay. Please note: We do not accept e-cheques and any order that is paid through this method will unfortunately be cancelled.
How long do I have to pay?
All items must be paid within 4 days of winning. To take advantage of our combined order discount all your items must be won and paid for within 4 days of winning your first item.
When will you take payment?
Payment is taken as soon as you process your payment with PayPal. Should your PayPal account have the required funds payment will be deducted immediately. Should your PayPal account not have the funds in it, payment will be taken from your linked credit / debit card. This will show on your bank statement within 5-10 working days.
Can I pay by Gift Card or Credit Note?
At this time we only accept PayPal as a method of payment. Your OFFICE Gift Card can be used on our main site or in any of our High Street stores.

When will Customer Service be open over Christmas?

When will I receive my confirmation email?
Your confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order. It’s usually faster than this but we always say 24 hours to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you check your junk folder just in case the email has been filtered there. Please also make sure the correct email address has been given.
Why is there a price difference for online and in store products?
From time to time our High Street stores may run special local promotions. These may not be available on our main website or in our eBay store.
What sizes are displayed?
All of our items are listed in UK sizing unless stated otherwise. If you are unsure of your sizing, you can refer to our handy size chart by using the link below:
How many items can I order?
As much as your heart desires. Each order can only contain 10 items. However, you can have as many orders as you like, and as many shoes as your wardrobe can hold. You have 8 days, from winning your first item, to pay for all your items, within each order. Paying within this 8 day period will allow you to combine your shipping.
How do I know if stock is available?
We make every effort to ensure products advertised on our eBay account are in stock and available to buy. If the item you have ordered is unavailable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.
Can you tell me the measurements of an item I’m looking at?
As all of our eBay stock is kept in warehouse storage, we are unable to provide footwear measurements. However, if you are unsure you can always refer to our handy size chart (please see link below) for reference on the measurements. Please note that this information is approximate only and cannot be guaranteed.

What’s your online Christmas Returns Policy?
Any items purchased, excluding sale, between 10th November 2013 and 24th December 2013 will have up to and including 31st January 2014 to be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. We recommend using a recorded service to return your items. Items can only be processed when returned with their original invoice or a covering letter detailing the order number and reason for return.
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3-4 working days of receiving the footwear back at our offices.
What’s your returns policy?
Office wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. For eBay online purchases, we will accept unworn items in their original condition for a refund or exchange if received within 30 days of you receiving the item. Please enclose your completed returns form stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund which usually takes between 7 - 10 working days. We can only refund postage costs as per Distant Selling Regulation or of footwear that has been sent damaged or incorrectly.
