Payment Information
Payment (Pounds Sterling) to be received within five days of auction ending or item purchase.
We only accept payment by PayPal and once payment has been received/cleared your goods will normally be despatched the following working day.
Combining Postage
If you successfully purchase several items please email us so that we can combine postage, where possible, and issue you with an invoice.
You will only be charged the postage costs plus packaging materials.
Lost/Damaged Items
All your purchases are insured against damage and loss by Royal Mail up to a maximum of £36.00.
If the value of your purchases exceed the Royal Mail compensation limit you will be offered a different postal method which will insure your whole parcel.
If your parcel is damaged in the post you will be offered a replacement or refund if that item is out of stock.
If your parcel gets lost then you will be offered a replacement or refund if that item is out of stock.
Please note that Royal Mail will not consider items lost until 15 working days have passed. You will be sent a replacement or refund if that item is out of stock and we will claim from Royal Mail.
