 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 |
 | A: Returns are accepted only:
- if the item(s) are faulty through no action of the buyer (eg: not-overclocked, forced, etc..)
- with prior notification (ie: contact me first)
- when returned in the same condition sent, (ie: unused, unmarked, etc..)
Any postage for returns is entirely at the buyers expense and proof of posting is required. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 |
 | A: If requested in advance, combined shipping is possible. To facilitate this please provide clear address information so shipping pricing can be accurately calculated. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 |
 | A: Waste ink kits and other other light items usually take 1 to 2 working days in the UK and around a week to International destinations.
Paying with any method that requires time to clear (eg: cheque, eCheck/eCheque, BACS, etc..) will usually take an extra week before dispatch. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
 |
 | A: I charge postage plus the cost of all packing and stationery.
eg: Waste ink kit (R200) to UK is £1.15
This includes the bubble packing, heavy duty secure seal envelope and getting the item into the post as quickly as possible.
I try very hard not to overcharge on postage and will issue a credit on items when applicable. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 |
 | A: Yes...
If international shipping information is not already available, please message me for a quote. |
 | Q: I've ordered the wrong item : What do I do |
 |
 | A: Communication is vital so contact me as soon as possible and we'll figure out a solution.
Returns are accepted as per my returns policy. |
 | Q: Waste ink kits: I have the wrong kit for my printer : what now? |
 |
 | A: Each kit is very similar so often it's just a case of organising a replacement connection tube. There is a charge including postage so obviously it helps if you check BEFORE you order. |
 | Q: Do you have reset utilities for any printers |
 |
 | A: I do have utilities (and service manuals) for a large number of Epson Inkjet printers but not ALL of them (there are simply too many!).
I DO NOT resell the utilities or provide them to non-customers so please do not ask unless you have already purchased one or more relevant kits. |
 | Q: Why are your eBay.com listings more expensive than the .co.uk ones? |
 |
 | A: Simple answer is the fees and exchange rates.
eBay.com charges a final value fee of 3 times more than eBay.co.uk and my prices have to reflect that.
Exchange rates are also very unstable.
The primary reason for the eBay.com listings is to increase sales. Customers are welcome to purchase from whichever store they prefer. |
 | Q: May 2009 : Why have your kit prices increased but P&P charges dropped? |
 |
 | A: There has been a big increases in oil prices, exchange rates and subsequently the cost of the parts so I've finally had to increase my kit prices to reflect this.
At the same time I have been able to improve my postage & packing costs so I've been able to drop those costs to avoid overcharging. |
 | Q: How do I order a Waste ink Box with a bigger/smaller capacity box? |
 |
 | A: Place the order for the kit that suits your particular printer and then request an invoice with a note to indicate what size box you require.
I can then adjust the invoice to reflect the difference in price and ensure the correct size box is sent with your order once you've paid. |
 | Q: Can I order a replacement waste ink box/bag or tube seperately? |
 |
 | A: Yes.
Please contact me with your particular requirement(s) and I'll organise a quote for the part(s) you need. |
