Standard Mainland England Delivery Zones: The standard delivery charge, or where applicable FREE DELIVERY, is shown per item and is for delivery of your items to mainland England addresses only, excluding Cornwall & Devon (EX, PL, TR, TQ postcodes), CO, IP, NR & TA postcodes which carry an order delivery surcharge. Should you choose the incorrect delivery option or buy from one of the surcharge areas we will contact you to amend your order.

Surcharge Areas & Costs: Customers in Cornwall & Devon (EX, PL, TR, TQ postcodes), CO postcodes, IP postcodes, NR postcodes, TA postcodes, Lower Scotland (DG, EH, G, KA, ML and TD postcodes), Mid/Higher Scotland (AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PA, and PH postcodes), Wales (CF, LD, LL, NP, SA and SY postcodes), must pay a delivery surcharge for their area which will be applied to their order. Please note that these surcharge and non-ship delivery areas do not qualify for 'FREE DELIVERY', and the surcharge amount shown will apply as a one off cost to the order, whether you buy one or several items from us.

Customers in Scottish Highlands, Scottish Off Shore Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Channel Islands, Europe & Worldwide must obtain a quote before buying. If you live in any of the above surcharge and non-ship delivery areas shown in red, you must contact us to see if we are able to ship your required item to you, and to gain/agree a shipping cost before making a purchase - no exceptions. Not all items can be delivered to these areas due to weight and size limitations, and shipping restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: As standard we offer a one man delivery service to your door at ground floor level, and our driver will require assistance to bring the item in to the property.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all items they have ordered will fit in to their home, and it is essential that they check all measurements or access areas such as doorways, hallways, and stairs to ensure that access will not be restricted on delivery. When an order is placed you must make us aware of any circumstance that may prevent or restrict a successful delivery being completed.

When you complete the checkout process you need to confirm you full delivery address including a postcode and valid contact telephone number, preferably a mobile number, as failure to provide/confirm these will cause a delay in delivery of your item to you as no goods will be dispatched to you without this information.
