Returns Policy
RETURNS: If you are not entirely satisfied then you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it providing that assembly of the item has not been attempted. It must be returned in its original packaging - no exceptions.
The buyer is responsible for the return cost, and once the item has been received in it's original packaging and condition you will receive a full refund on the item within 30 days, but not the delivery costs or any regional delivery area surcharge paid.
Any items that have FREE DELIVERY will have a nominal fee reduced for the initial delivery/courier charge, £19 for small items less than 15kgs, £29 for medium items up to 30kgs, and £39 for items over 30kgs plus any regional delivery area surcharge paid. You must contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery before returning the item to explain why you wish to return it. All items must be sent back using a reputable courier for which we require the tracking details. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the delivery should it be damaged in any way on receipt, so we recommend that you take out the appropriate level of insurance cover to protect yourself in case of this unlikely event.
IMPORTANT - UNRETURNABLE ITEMS: Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses that have been opened or slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it and our Returns Policy and timescales apply also. Sealed items, which have been unsealed cannot be returned.
Please note that the right of cancellation and return does not apply to any items that are 'Made To Order' or 'Custom Made' to your own requirements. All items marked as 'Made To Order' or 'Custom Made' in the listings cannot be returned at all for a refund/exchange or cancellation in accordance with UK legislation.
DAMAGES: Every opportunity and care is take to ensure that your item reaches you in perfect condition, with pre dispatch quality checks, extra wrapping and securing of the parcels, and by using reputable couriers. However occasionally things can happen and it is important that you familiarise yourself with the following information. Please note that all deliveries are to ground floor levels only, and every item must be checked thoroughly before being signed for as being received in good condition by yourself. Any damaged items must be rejected on delivery and failure to do so will negate any claim in the unlikely event that you later find your item is damaged. Failure to do this will affect a claim.
If you sign for the item to say that it has been received in 'Good Condition' and then later discover that the item is damaged upon opening the packaging, we will not be liable for the replacement of any damaged goods. Please be aware of this.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: You have 24 hours to notify us of any missing parts in writing as all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch.
