WARRANTY TERMS
All products purchased from our eBay store are covered by a warranty. Please refer to the item listing for specific details.
First 7 days
If your product arrives damaged or DOA/faulty, within 7 days of receiving it, you must:
1. Please notify us immediately of the damage or fault.
2. We will email you a Reply Paid address to return the item to, so it won’t cost you anything.
3. Upon receiving the faulty/DOA item, we will test it to confirm the fault. If the item is found not to be damaged or faulty, you will be required to pay for return shipping charges. If return shipping is not paid within 30 days from our notice, the item will be deemed abandoned, you agree that we are released from any liability and we may dispose of it at our discretion.
4. Once we have confirmed the fault, we will quickly send out a replacement, or in the event that the same product is no longer available, we may offer you a refund or an alternative product.
5. If a fault appears minor, we may authorize you to have the item repaired or inspected by an appropriately qualified repairer. If you have an item repaired without us first authorizing you in writing to do so, the warranty will be voided and we cannot assist you further. If in doubt, please notify us of any faults before making other arrangements.

If your product becomes faulty any time during the warranty period:

If the item is found to have been subjected to damage (accidental or not), improper handling, inappropriate storage, misuse or not used in accordance with the product’s instructions, the warranty may be voided. If this happens, you will be required to pay for return shipping charges. If return shipping is not paid within 30 days from our notice, the item will be deemed abandoned, you agree that we are released from any liability and we may dispose of it at our discretion.
