Shipping
Items ship within 1 business day
of payment clearing. Insurance is included on all shipments.
USA - All domestic items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted). Typical delivery time is 2-3 days.You will be emailed a delivery confirmation number upon shipment. This is not a tracking number and is only used to confirm an
item has been delivered. Please do not expect to be able to track your item
when it is shipped via the USPS as it will not show up on the USPS website
until after it is delivered.
Canada and United Kingdom - All international items are shipped via USPS Global Express (unless otherwise noted). Typical delivery time is 5 days. You will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment.
Payment
Paypal: Only accepted from U.S., Canadian and U.K. Customers. We only ship to US CONFIRMED Paypal addresses. All payments must be made through eBay's secure checkout.
Money Order/Cashiers Check: Accepted for U.S.A. & Canadian Customers only. All Money Orders/Cashiers Checks must be recieved within 7 days of auction close. Please include your auction number & shipping address for quick processing.
How to Checkout:Please contact eBay's help pages if you are not sure how to checkout through the eBay system. You can also request an invoice from us and we will email an eBay invoice to you.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number obtained by emailing rma@oyendigital.com. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges for the returned item. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for all non-defective items that are returned.
