| A:We offer a 30-day return policy. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number obtained by emailing rma@oyendigital.com. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. The customer agrees to pay all shipping charges for the returned item. A replacement or refund will be issued after we receive the item. |

| A:Yes, we offer combined shipping on all items that we sell. Please us the calculator at the bottom of the listing to determine the shipping price for multiple items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), and international orders are shipped via USPS Global Express (5-7 days). Occasionally other shipping methods are offered and will be noted in the auction. |
