Orders are posted either the same day (if possible) or next day via 2nd class post (Mon to Fri only). We have no control over delivery time, it is down to Royal Mail to deliver the parcel. A parcel cannot be considered lost until at least 15 working days (21 calendar days) after posting date. If you make a claim for an unreceived item we will require that in writing so we can forward to Royal Mail as part of a claim.

UK customers can pay with Paypal or Postal Order. International buyers must pay using Paypal Only. Payment is expected within 5 days from making purchase. Non payment will be reported to ebay if payment not received within 5 days.
