Dispatch
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours after receiving payment.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped through flat airmail, usually it will takes about 2-3 weeks for European, US, Australia customers. For the other countires, the shipping time maybe one week longer.

Express Delivery(5-7days)
Orders of 70gbp or above(including shipping fee) will be shipped with Express Delivery, please leave your phone number if your order reach the level.

We only accept payment via PayPal, we offer combined purchase discount, for orders including more than one item, the shipping fee of first item must be paid in full but 1.00gbp will be deducted for each additional item.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re- saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged or Faulty Items
After shipping through half of the planet, in the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty or damaged, we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide expect China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Italy, and we do not ship to APO/FPO.

How long will it take to answer my email?

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (please allow a little longer if you email us over the weekend.) if you do not get repsonse after 48 hours, please kindly resend it.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we also provide combined shipping discount, you can save up to 1gbp per item on P&P when you buy addictional items from OURBEAD. For Example, you buy 4 items all with P&P one time, and shipping fee is 4gbp, 3gbp, 3gbp, 2gbp, after combined you only need to pay 4+(3-1)+(3-1)+(2-1), save up to 3gbp!

How are Tax and Customs duties handled?

We ship item(s) as GIFT and marked a small value on the package,then it will go through Custom faster, hope you can understand. In some unlikely cases, you will have to pay for the custom fees and dues yourself, we are not responsible for this.

Are there any dangerous metals in your metal charms findings?

All my metal products are LEAD FREE.
