What are you're opening times?

What method of payment can i use
A: We accept all types of payment including all major credit and
debit cards.
Paypal e-cheques take up to 11 days to clear and no goods will be
dispatched or released until we have received cleared payment.
Overseas buyers: Paypal and Bank Transfers only.
Do you sell complete cars or only
parts?
A: Here at the Ford Centre we sell:-
Parts –Engines, panels, trims in fact absolutely anything.
Undamaged cars and vans.
Repaired cars and vans.
Damaged, repairable cars and vans.
Do you sell just Ford parts?
A: We specialise in late Ford parts but we do have other parts
available, Please just ask. .

This does change frequently.
Is there any warranty with your used
parts?
A: Yes, parts have a 28 day warranty excluding electrical parts

What is your Returns and Refunds
Policy ?
A: Please check your item for damage before signing for it on
delivery, if the item is damaged please refuse the item and contact
us immediately. A full refund will be given for items damaged in
transit.
All our items supplied are security marked.
Any item being returned must be received within 28 days from date of
sale.
We will refund item cost and purchase delivery if the item is found
to be faulty, once an item is received back it will be quality
tested on our benches.
If a part has been correctly supplied in good working order and is
no longer required we will only return the purchase price less a 25%
handling fee.
Where do you deliver to?
A: Standard charge for shipping is to UK mainland addresses only
excluding the highlands of Scotland and any islands. The parts are
carefully packaged and these parts are usually delivered using a
fully insured carrier who will require a signature at the time of
delivery.
We can supply parts for delivery to the Highlands of Scotland, Isle
of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, Northern and southern
Ireland or any UK Island; this will involve an additional delivery
cost. Please ensure that you contact us by email and include your
full postal address and post code PRIOR to purchase for a delivery
cost.
Our courier will require a contact telephone number to confirm
delivery details with you.
