Please refer to your invoice to see what date delivery is to be completed. A member of our team will contact you via your email address or phone number to advise you of an estimated delivery date and time within 48 hours of you placing your order. If this date is unsuitable please contact us to rearrange your delivery. If your delivery is going to be delayed we will do our utmost to inform you.
We offer a one man delivery service for all furniture deliveries to your front door. If you have purchased a heavy item such as a sideboard you will need to assist the driver to unload.
When completing your order please ensure you have specified a mobile number so that our driver can contact you regarding your delivery if necessary. We will give you the drivers mobile number so you can contact him directly too.
Customers are able to collect goods from our Leeds warehouse. We will need reasonable notice if you would like this service so that we can have your order ready for you. Please contact us on 0113 3453248 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know when you will be calling in to collect.
Collections can be made during these hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturdays: 9.00am - 1.00pm
Sundays by appointment
Please be available to verify the content, condition and to sign for your order. Before you sign in acceptance of your delivery, please check the outer packaging and if it is damaged, you must sign for it as DAMAGED, or reject it altogether if it looks in bad condition. If you do not do this we will not be able to accept a return.
When you open the packaging please check the condition of all parts before beginning assembly and if they are damaged please do not assemble it before contacting us. We may be able to send spare parts rather than returning the whole item. We strongly recommend you be present on delivery. If this is not possible you can appoint another adult to sign for your item.
