Q: How does your grading system work?

Q: Why are there no unique photos of the actual item?
A: We cannot provide specific descriptions or photos for items due to the very large volume of stock we hold in our warehouse. Our engineers and specialists do ensure that all items we sell are in good condition and fit for purpose.
Q: Do your items come in their original box?
A: Most of our items come in their original box, but if the box is damaged we will use our own.
Q: Are your items damaged or faulty?
A: No - We don't sell anything faulty or damaged - Items may have some cosmetic signs of use but they are all checked and tested by our specialist engineers to ensure full functionality.
Q: What do I do if I receive an item that is faulty?
A: Please contact us and we'll assist you in resolving the issue with the faulty item. A refund will be offered or depending on stock we'll swap the item.
Q: How long have your items been used for?
A: That information is not recorded when the item is returned, some may be brand new and returned just for the packaging being damaged and some may have been used.
Q: Is the manufacturer's warranty valid on your items?
A: For items that are sold as "Brand New" the manufacturer's warranty will obviously be valid. Our graded items are always returns and classed as used, the manufacturer’s warranty is not valid and we give a 90-day warranty on all items purchased from us.
Q: When will a particular item come in stock?
A: As our items are randomly returned and have to be processed to determine if they are fit for sale, we cannot predict what items we will have available until they are on the site.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: All items purchased have a 14 day no quibble returns period once delivered; please contact us first if you wish to return an item. Any items purchased in error must be returned at the customer's expense and refunds will not include the return costs. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
Q: Do I have to pay to return an item, even if it's faulty?
A: If the item is returned to us due to a fault, we'll fully reimburse your postage cost. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery is free next working day but please allow up to 5 days for delivery. We do not deliver or collect on weekends and bank holidays.
Q: Can I collect an item I have purchased?
A: Unfortunately for health and safety reasons we are unable to allow collections due to the size and scale of our warehouse, with machinery manoeuvering at all times. We provide free next day delivery on all purchases so you do not have to collect the item.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: All products come with free next day delivery.
Q: Do you deliver overseas?
A: We can only ship to the UK Mainland. "Mainland" refers to the political boundaries of Great Britain and does not include offshore islands as these incur an extra charge and violate our returns policy.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Q: What couriers do you use?
A: We use APC Overnight who are the largest next day parcel delivery network in the UK.
Q: How can I pay?
A: All payments are processed via PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can use the guest checkout feature to input your card details for payment while still using PayPal's secure payment gateway.
Q: How do I go about getting a refund?
A: Please read our returns policy with regards to refunds.
Q: What are your 'working' days?
A: Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am till 4pm. Orders will not be processed at weekends or bank holidays.
Q: Where do I sign up for special offers?
A: If you sign up to our newsletter which is located in the left hand column of every page we will email you when we have special offers/promotions/competitions available.
