| Terms and ConditionsPaymentAll our item prices include VAT @ 20.0%. Payment to be made within 7 days. PayPal payments are quicker, but we do accept debit and credit cards payments on 01234 355990. Cheques are accepted, but goods will not be dispatched until cleared payment has been made in full. Postal Orders can be sent but we would recommend sending this recorded post as we can cannot be held responsible for lost payments.DeliveryAny items ordered with next day delivery, we ask that even though it has gone next day, there can be unexpected delays. Although we try to ensure next day delivery, sometimes couriers struggle to find some postcodes. Because of this, we would ask all our customers to make sure they include a daytime contact telephone number to help resolve any delivery problems. If you unable to provide a signature please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcels. Some paint products are classed as dangerous/harmful, and can only be sent via our couriers. This service is available to the mainland, with sur-charges applying to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and I.O.M. Postcodes are shown on the shop Home. Our couriers attempt twice. If the parcel is still undelivered the items are held at the delivery depot for 4 days from first attempt. Any items that have a 3rd delivery attempt or sent back to us will be subject to a £20 handling charge + re-delivery charges, this cost will then be passed onto you before your order is re-sent. Any items sent through the Post Office are subject to a 15 working day delivery period before they class a parcel as missing. Although we always retain a proof of posting, we are unable to make a claim and despatch replacement goods until this timescale has elapsed. On occasion, some of our items may be dispatched direct from our suppliers. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will email you with an estimated delivery time and an option of canceling your order with a full refund. Any damages must be notified to us within 24 hours. If you are unsure if your items are damaged when the parcel is being delivered, please mark the delivery note ‘Parcel contents unchecked for damage’. Please make sure ALL PACKAGES are signed for.Returns and CollectionsCustomers are welcome to return any correctly sent, unused items within 7 days of receipt at their own cost. There will be a 10% re-stocking charge, or a refund in the way of store credit against any future purchases. Original delivery charges will not be refunded. Any item found to be faulty and within the manufacturers warranty period, will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion and may be subject to re-delivery charges.Collections is allowed in person, but we do require a 24 hour notification to be able to get the order ready. There is a £10 administration charge for any orders received through eBay that are collected in person. This requires that all paint sold for vehicle repair must be PPD compliant (i.e. voc compliant) from 01/01/07. However paint manufacturers and distributors are allowed to sell non PPD compliant product made before 01/01/07 up to the end of 2007 or until stock runs out. The 2005 Regulations apply to four-wheeled vehicles only. Paints for motorbikes, agricultural vehicles and off-road machinery (eg construction vehicles, train carriages) are not covered. Also the painting vintage vehicles or historic buildings. |
