We are a UK based company and all items are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We normally process orders on the day after the payment has cleared into our account. We dispatch our products by 1st Class Royal Mail or by Courier depending on the weight and size of the order. The method of dispatch is at our discretion.
We will send you an email letting you know that we’ve dispatched your order. Please look out for your item(s) as it should arrive the next day or so.
Smaller items are normally dispatched by Royal Mail (Monday to Friday). We use 1st Class postage which means that items should arrive within 1 to 3 days after posting.
Larger items are normally sent via courier who provides us with a tracking number and details for the delivery.
We use a variety of couriers depending on the location of delivery. We will provide you with the details of your tracking number should you require this. Most UK deliveries are sent on a 24 hour service and worldwide deliveries on a 5-7 day service.
All courier deliveries are to be signed for at the time of the delivery. It is your responsibility to check the items for damage or missing parts and indicate the damage on the manifest before the courier asks you to sign. This is extremely important as we cannot make a claim for damage once you’ve signed the item without noting the damage. The couriers do not accept liability if you don’t point out the damage before you sign.
If your item does not arrive within 4 days of our email please contact us and we will do all we can to help. All courier dispatched items are returned to us after 7 days – where we are charged for the delivery back to us. It is therefore important that you contact us within 4 days of the dispatch invoice if you don’t receive the parcel.
If you are not at home at the time of the attempted delivery the courier should leave a card where it’s your responsibility to contact the couriers and arrange a redelivery or collection.
If the item is returned to us as undelivered then we have no option to recharge you for the redelivery.

Delivery charges quoted are for mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Our couriers charge us an extra £10 for delivery to any other areas. Please add £10 for delivery to the any of the following postcodes BT, D, IM (Isle of Man ) HS,IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36, IV40, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV52 to IV54, IV55, IV56, IV63, KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW14, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA21 to PA38, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH17-PH26, PH30-50, ZE, Channel Islands AB31-AB56, PH4-PH16. This list isn’t exhaustive and can change if the couriers decide to change the areas.

DELIVERY OF PUNCH BAGS TO EUROPE, USA AND CANADA
Due to the weight and volume of filled punch bags we cannot send these filled bags outside of the UK. We can send empty punch bags to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We can also send empty bags to the USA and Canada.
The postage price stated on eBay for postage is for empty bags.
We may be able to send you a filled bag EUROPE ONLY but there will be an extra charge. Generally the extra charge is around £10 for Ireland, Belgium, Denmark France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. The extra charge to other countries listed is approximately £20.
