Additionaly, some factory-shipped items will require a 15% restocking fee if returned.  Please see individual item return policies for specific details. To obtain a Return Authorization number, or to help with product issues please contact us through eBay messages.    After 30 days, all items are subject to warranty and any service must be authorized by a customer service representative.  If you would like to return an item or if you have a problem with an item, please contact us through eBay messages.

When Will My Order Ship?

Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

• Processing Time: It usually takes less than one day to get your order processed and sent to the warehouse.  If your order includes a PO box, APO/FPO box it will not proceed to the warehouse.  If your order does not proceed to the warehouse, we will notify you by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled.
  Minimum time: 1-2 business days.
• Weekend/Holiday Orders:  We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
• Warehouse Time: Once your order has been processed, we will send it to the warehouse to be shipped. It usually takes 1-2 days for us to ship your product once it arrives in our warehouse.  If the product ships from a factory, the order will be sent to the manufacturer to process and warehouse time will vary depending on the product.  Please refer to the individual item description for estimates on factory shipped items. 
  Minimum time: 1-2 business days
• Shipment Time: Our standard shipment method is UPS ground.  Once your order is shipped it will take a few days for UPS to get it to you.  We ship most orders from our east coast warehouse.  Please be aware that orders being delivered to the west coast can take 5-7 business days to arrive.  
• Expedited Delivery: If you make a purchase and select UPS 2^nd day air, your order might not arrive in two days. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that delivery can take 2 days. If you want to use second day delivery, place your order before 10am eastern, Monday through Friday (holidays and weekends not included) and make sure that we are shipping to a physical address.  Monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.
• Truck Shipping:  Orders with items that must ship via truck and may take additional shipping and handling time.  Please refer to the item description for more details on these items.  Please note that truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery when you'll have unloading help on hand.
• Tracking numbers and order status will be sent to you via email.  Please make sure that your email is entered correctly in checkout and be sure to allow correspondence from Northerntool to your inbox.  You may also request tracking information by contacting us through eBay.

Cancellations

Northerntool will accept eBay order cancellations only if all of the following apply:

The order has not shipped or has not been processed in our warehouse

The cancellation request is received within 6 days of the auction close**

The cancellation request is made through the eBay "My Messages" console***

**We will not cancel orders that are in dispute due to an unpaid item. 

***We will not honor cancel requests that are sent to our email inbox outside of the eBay marketplace or cancel requests that are given to us by phone.
