| A:We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but we do not ship our eBay auctions to a PO box or an APO/FPO mailbox. Our default carrier is UPS and therefore we must have a physical address. |
| Q:Why are you charging me tax? |

| A:We have a physical prescence in 15 states which creates tax nexus. Under state and federal law we are required to charge tax on all purchases shipped to these states regardless of where it is shipped from within the US. We state tax information upfront in descriptions and payment details to ensure that buyers can make an informed purchse decision. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping charges? |

| A:Yes, we do combine shipping whenever possible. Some items will combine automatically and others may need to be adjusted manually. Please request an invoice if your items do not combine. |

| A:Yes. Please select the buy it now button of the item you would like to buy but do not pay for the item. Email the item quantity to us and we will update your cart quantity and combined shipping for you. |

| A:We work hard to quickly answer your question in a timely manner. Our offices and warehouses are open weekdays 8-3 CST to answer any question you may have. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays. |

| A:Residents of Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, Virginia and Wisconsin must pay applicable State and local sales tax. |

| Q:Will you ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate by request? |

| Q:When will my item ship? |

| A:We will ship you item M-F through UPS and your item will leave our shipping facility within 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing. We have a daily UPS pickup that occurs each weekday afternoon. Please note that UPS does not pick up packages from us on Saturdays, Sunday and holidays. |
| Q:Will you ship out my item on a weekend or holiday? |

| A:Our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery. Please add an additional 1-2 business days to orders placed on a holiday or weekend. |

| A:Items shipped from our warehouses can vary from 3-9 business days. Factory shipped items will vary from 6-28 business days.
