Postage and payment
Pay Pal preferred. Cheques, postal orders, and cash (at your risk) accepted. Allow 5 working days for cheques to clear. Bids from outside of the UK, please e-mail for postage costs. Postage always includes insurance for yours and my protection and peace of mind.
  

Our Products:

At Northern Sole we source all our products from reliable, local suppliers. Everything we sell is brand new, in it's original packaging, and in perfect condition. If you are not happy with any product for any reason we will be happy to offer you a refund under our No Quibble Refund Policy.

All branded items are authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.

Maximum delivery times as quoted by the Royal Mail are 15 working days to the UK, 20 working days to Europe, and 25 working days to the rest of the world.

Payment:

We accept payment by Paypal, Nochex, Cheques, and Postal Orders (sent by registered mail). Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal; safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:

At Northern Sole, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We take great care to insure this happens, and use only good quality, new materials for packaging. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling.

We offer first class, first class recorded and next day delivery postage options on all our listings. The postage cost per item is shown along side the item description.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item is shown along side the item description.  Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00.

If you require a tracking number for your purchase please select International Signed For Airmail postage. This is already set up on the listing for all European countries and can be added on request for the rest of the world.

To Exchange An Item:

If you would like to exchange an item for another size please contact us before returning the original item to ensure we have the size you want. Where possible we will be happy to offer an exchange however if it is not possible we will be happy to offer you a refund on return of the original purchase.

Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return, and the size you would like sending out.

No Quibble Refund Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost or damaged in the post that have been packed correctly are usually insured, we will fill out any necessary claims forms at the post office on your behalf and liaise with the correct Postal service to achieve a satisfactory outcome on your behalf. In the event that this becomes necessary please be aware a refund will be made as soon as we have clearance from the Royal mail/Parcel force, this can take several weeks but we will endeavour to keep you informed of all developments as appropriate.
