| A:Where p&p is applicable we do combine p&p however you must request a revised combined invoice and all purchases must be made in one single payment. Please do not pay separately and then ask for a combined invoice or a refund of postage because each additional Paypal payment has an additional 20p charge. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I am happy to accept returns - if the item was purchased in error then you are responsible for the p&p costs but in the event that it was an error on my part I will refund all postage costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I am always happy to conbine p&p to try to save costs - BUT please WAIT for me to send a combined invoice as automated invoices generated by Ebay will be wrong. I work the postage out manually - sometimes the postage rate changes from Royal Mail's Large Letter rate to their Packet Rate so please keep this in mind. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I aim to despatch items within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Friday (if purchases are made late on a Friday they will not be posted until the following Monday) |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Please remember that the p&p is NOT just the cost of the postage stamp - I also have to buy the packaging etc - but I keep my overall p&p charges realistic. I do not make profit from p&p. |
