Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange for any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it. Simply package the item securely and include the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Be sure to include your name, address and order number in all correspondence.
Please note:
- Your card will be refunded once we have received and processed the item.
- Delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or because of faulty goods.
- A refund or exchange will not be made on any opened items, unless it is faulty.
Faulty Goods
If you find the merchandise to be faulty, within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for replacement. Please contact Non Stop Bazaar within 7 days of receiving the item, if you find that your merchandise is faulty. You can contact us by email: sales@nonstopbazaar.com
Please send any faulty items by Recorded Delivery; we will refund any postal costs provided you send us a receipt.
