Q1 : I want to buy more than 1 item, do you provide Combine Shipping Discount ?
A1 : Yes, for each additional item you buy from us, Combine Shipping Discount will be given. The discount
level depends on different item, and it is stated clearly at all different item page.
Q2 : Only PAYPAL could be used for payment?
A2 : Yes, we accept PAYPAL payment only.
Q3 : Do you provide tracking no. for delivery?
A3 : Yes, we do provide tracking no. for delivery for most of our items. We use the Hong Kong Post Office
to dispatch items with Registered Mail free of your additional charges.
Q4 : What will you mark for items delivery?
A4 : We mark toys/gift for delivery.
Q5 : May I request you to post the items to another address, as it is a gift for others?
A5 : In order to protect buyers and sellers, we ship only to the address that registered at PAYPAL. So, in
order to facilitate the smooth processing of your order, please ensure that your shipping address
registered at PAYPAL is accurate.
Q6 : How long will it takes to pack and post the item?
A6 : We dispatch items within 2 working days once the payment has been cleared.
Q7 : I still cannot receive the item, what could I do?
A7 : Please allow some times for delivery, the normal time taking for delivery is 7-14 working days to USA
/ Europe / Canada / Asia / Australia and 12-21 working days to Other Countries. If it really takes very
long time for item arrival, please send us an email first, we will assist you to look for the item location
