Q:Do you combine purchases?

A:yes if you buy all the items you need, BUT DO NOT PAY, we will combine your order onto one invoice and reduce the postage and packaging charges for you and email to you for payment

Q:When will I receive my order?

A:If you checkout and pay by 9am we will dispatch the same working day where possible on multiple orders, delivery is via courier, next day delivery is not guaranteed please allow 2-3 working days following dispatch or on single items by Royal Mail 1st class, all courier orders are tracked and you will be emailed a tracking number. Please note a tracking number is used a number of times, please only track your item based on the date of dispatch, we dispatch Monday-Friday

Q:We cannot send a question we need to ask about an item?

A:We process a large amount of orders daily, we cannot always answer the phone, the q & a pages are there to help you, if you need to email and we will answer within 24 hours

Q:All the information I need on the product is not listed?

A:If you cannot see the answer to your question email us and we will try and respond within 24 hours, e mail ebay@no1wholesaledrainage.co.uk

Q:Can you give me a quote on a number of items i need?

A:Please check the prices in our shop as they are upto date, add them together which will give you the cost, follow our combined postage information on combined purchases

A:Indicate that you wish to make payment by credit card and we will contact you for payment, please ensure you send us your daytime contact phone number
